Christina Banoub serves as the Manager of Competition, Labor, and Tax Issues for the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC). In this role, Banoub is the lead staff advocate for competition issues including Packers and Stockyards Act regulations and mandatory price reporting. She also focuses on labor issues including guest worker programs like the TN visa or H-2A visa. She handles tax issues such as various business tax credits and estate tax.

After serving on Capitol Hill, Banoub spent time working at the Embassy of Japan, as a TV producer for one of Japan’s most-watched news stations, and managed government affairs for a Japanese company. Most recently, she was a Legislative Analyst at Bloomberg Government focused on health care, energy, and environmental issues.

Banoub earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in Japan studies and international economics from Johns Hopkins University.
