Matt Grill serves as the Director of Congressional Relations for the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC). In his role, Grill is responsible for advocating for the U.S. pork industry’s priorities related to animal health, commerce and production, the environment, and trade to members of the House and Senate on Capitol Hill. Grill also monitors legislation and carries out NPPC’s policy agenda.

Before joining NPPC, Grill worked for George Washington University as the Director of Federal Affairs. He has also worked in the U.S. Senate for Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) and for the Secretary of the Senate.

Grill attended American University where he earned a B.A. in political science and earned an M.A. in legislative affairs from George Washington University.
