Gary Asay

Gary Asay is a hog farmer from Osco, Ill. He and his wife raise hogs for Cargill and grow corn and soybeans; Gary also sells crop insurance. He has served four years on the NPPC Board of Directors, serving on several committees and chairs both the By-Law and Resolutions committee and the Livestock Insurance committee.

At the state level, he has served on many committees and has been on the Illinois Pork Producer Board of Directors since 2002, serving as its president in 2006.
