Board of DirectorsJeb Stevens, along with his wife Erin, own Gilead Farms which includes 5700 sows breed-to-wean and a commercial Angus cow-calf operation. In addition to Gilead Farms Jeb and Erin have a small farm and flock of registered Lincoln sheep.
Jeb began his career at Ag Production in February of 2009 after completing his education at Purdue University. His early role revolved around swine production records, farm efficiency, nutrition, genetics, and workforce development. Throughout his tenure at Ag Production, he has served in several capacities and leadership roles within the various swine operations, most recently, assuming the role of Swine Business Unit Manager where he leads the swine operations leadership team.
Jeb currently serves on the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC) Board of Directors and represents producers on various national committees, serving on the Labor Security Committee and Animal Swine Traceability Taskforce.
Jeb’s leadership involvement, in addition to the NPPC, includes the Indiana Pork Producers and National Lincoln Sheep Breeders Association.
Locally, Jeb is active in 4-H and livestock judging, serving as a volunteer and mentor to local youth, and at The Rock Bible Church.
Jeb holds a bachelor’s degree in animal sciences and master’s degree in swine nutrition and meat science from Purdue University.
Jeb and his wife, Erin reside in Osgood, Indiana, along with their children, Jackson, Ryker, and Eleanor.
