Neil Dirks: added to NPPC Hall of Fame

Neil Dirks’ appetite for knowledge gave him an uncanny ability to navigate not only the challenges he faced daily as CEO of NPPC, but also to consider long-term impacts facing U.S. Pork Producers. He took after working for a newspaper group once graduating with his Journalism degree from Iowa State University. The Iowa Pork Producers hired him as a Special Activities Pork Coordinator. He was vital to the effort to separate the NPPC from the Pork Board, and became NPPC CEO afterwards. His trailblazing efforts throughout his tenure and beyond that shows his understanding of the industry. We welcome him to the NPPC Hall of Fame!
