Resource DevelopmentTodd Stickley is the Regional Director of Producer Services for Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio for the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC). In this role, Stickley coordinates closely with Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio state pork associations. He also manages NPPC’s producer relationships across this territory, emphasizing Strategic Investment Program (SIP) recruitment and retention.
Todd brings more than 35 years of experience in the livestock and feed industries, having most recently served as general manager of Kalmbach Feeds’ liquid feed plant. His career has spanned roles in sales, swine production, contract management, and human resources for Kalmbach, giving him uniquely well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing pork producers today. Todd has had extensive involvement with the Ohio Pork Council, where he served as both a board member and president. He is also a graduate of NPPC’s LEADR program and the National Pork Board’s Pork Leadership Academy (now PLI). His deep relationships with producers, association leaders, and legislators make him an ideal fit for this role.
He resides in Urbana, Ohio, with his wife, Hope, and holds a Bachelor of Science in the College of Agriculture with specialization in Poultry Science and a Master’s of Science in Avian Microbiology from Ohio State University.
